RevAbs Day 54

Finished with today's sewing projects!!! Paid dues this evening by working out to the tune of 1079 calories burned! Ate super clean today and drank 120 ounces of water. Using a tip from my daughter; I've been able to drink more water if it's warm to almost hot. I haven't had a glass of cold water in over a week and I've noticed my ankles don't swell like before. Feeling mighty good!
