New Year, Same journey, New Path with a New Mind Set
Eating clean, drinking oodles of water and working-out has got to take precedence if I'm going to accomplish my measurement goal. No longer will I base the attainment of my weight loss wholly on the numbers on the scale. My tape measure rules: (pun intended)
Measurements: will be taken once weekly.
Weigh-ins: will be by-weekly.
Inches that matter to me are waist and hip.
Plan of action includes workout programs: Body Gospel, RevAbs, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, P90X, Slim Series, CHALEAN Extreme and we’ll see about TurboFire a little later.
