It’s April and most of my brilliant plans for continued weight-loss have somehow vanished. What happened? Sickness could be a factor or maybe going back to school with all the demands that come with it could also be factored in. Nevertheless, I’ve got to get a grip on this! I was so excited at the beginning of the New Year. I planned to do this and to do that, when in all reality, all I did was manage to find the twenty pounds I had lose the previous year. So, what is the plan of action? My biggest problem seems to be time management. I need to make time to exercise and fix healthy meals.
• I’m going to attempt to start and finish “Body Gospel”.
• I’m going to attempt to drink at least 64 ounces of water each and every day.
• I’m going to attempt to drink at least one glass of Shakeology each and every day.
• I’m going to attempt get a least eight hours of sleep or at least get a nap in during the day.
• I’m going to attempt not to get ahead of myself and take this journey one day at a time.
• I’m going to give God the glory for the victory.
