RevAbs Day 85!

I just can't say enough about this workout program! You need to try it, if you pay your dues ... you'll get results. So let it be written, so let it be done.
Weekly update:
Weight down 1 pound
Waist down 1/2 inch
BF% same
BMI down .2
Finished doing Power Intervals 2 and burned 598 calories!!!

Having Baby Back Ribs, Baked Potato and Mixed Veggies for supper. I'll have to get a couple of walks between meals to burn that off :o)
